How far in advance do you need to plan before putting your home on the market? Depending on the condition of your house and how prepared you are to go active on the market, generally, you should plan a few weeks ahead of time.

We need time to do a walk-through, get professional photographs, take measurements, and create a virtual tour. We’ll come to your property, walk through each room, and write a list of things that need to be adjusted, removed, or upgraded before listing. This may include removing furniture, painting, repairs, landscaping, and more. It differs from house to house. The better prepared you are, and the better your house shows, the more money you’ll get from your home sale.

If you have any questions or are considering selling your property, give us a call or send an email. We’d be happy to help you with whatever you need.
