Meet Paul Femia, he joined Team Gabriel in January of 2026. With over 16 years as a licensed Realtor® and more than 30 years as a real estate investor, Paul brings a seasoned, hands-on perspective to every transaction. His extensive experience buying, rehabbing, and selling properties gives his clients a distinct advantage—whether they’re purchasing their first home or listing a family property for sale.

Paul specializes in residential single and multi-family homes and has an in-depth understanding of both Central Connecticut and the Shoreline markets. His local knowledge, combined with a sharp eye for value and potential, allows him to guide clients with clarity, confidence, and care.

Before transitioning full-time into real estate, Paul spent more than 35 years working in professional sports media across Connecticut radio and TV stations. He served as the play-by-play announcer for Trinity College Football from 2014 to 2018 on WRTC-FM and is known to many as “The Ref”—a name that reflects his clear communication, integrity, and steady presence under pressure.

Now part of Team Gabriel at Coldwell Banker, Paul continues to blend his media-honed communication skills with his real estate expertise to deliver outstanding results for his clients.
